Tim joined Make Some Noise in 2003 as Communications Officer. Tim is responsible for artistic, operational development of the organisation, as well as aspects of marketing and communications, programme development and management. A practising visual artist, Tim previously worked across Shropshire as a community artist with video and animation, based at Belmont Arts Centre. He also co-ordinated an Arts Council funded West Midlands tour of digital media in 2004.

Louise Jutton, Youth Liaison Officer
Louise works with many of the young people who have taken part in Make Some Noise projects, consulting them on their musical tastes and ambitions, supporting them in gaining Arts Award accreditation, helping potential young leaders develop their skills, supporting our Young Ambassador, and liaising with other youth agencies. A trained illustrator with experience in art and design, Louise previously worked in Stoke-on-Trent as an education welfare officer with the Youth Offending Team, and video project co-ordinator with Bentilee Community Housing.

Adam is a volunteer for Make Some Noise following a placement here as part of the National Graduate Development Programme (ngdp) working on marketing and communications. After studying English at the University of Birmingham, Adam worked with the Office of Rail Regulation and as a volunteer researcher for Sue Ryder Care.
