Tim Sharp, Chief Executive Officer 
Tim joined Make Some Noise in 2003 as Communications Officer. Tim is responsible for artistic, operational development of the organisation, as well as aspects of marketing and communications, programme development and management. A practising visual artist, Tim previously worked across Shropshire as a community artist with video and animation, based at Belmont Arts Centre. He also co-ordinated an Arts Council funded West Midlands tour of digital media in 2004.
 
Louise Jutton, Youth Liaison Officer
Louise works with many of the young people who have taken part in Make Some Noise projects, consulting them on their musical tastes and ambitions, supporting them in gaining Arts Award accreditation, helping potential young leaders develop their skills, supporting our Young Ambassador, and liaising with other youth agencies. A trained illustrator with experience in art and design, Louise previously worked in Stoke-on-Trent as an education welfare officer with the Youth Offending Team, and video project co-ordinator with Bentilee Community Housing.
 
 
 
Maria Banks, Projects Officer and Freelance Up Beat Coordinator
Maria has been managing and co-ordinating music education projects for various organisations since 2003. She previously co-ordinated Sing Up Burton and now manages Up Beat, also a Make Some Noise programme. As Make Some Noise's Projects Officer, Maria is responsible for coordinating the evergrowing range of programmes and projects that we deliver. Maria is also an accredited Dalcroze ‘Stepping into Music’ Early Years Music and Movement workshop leader and is the Chair for Central Operatic Society in Derby.
Adam Rooney, Marketing & Communications Volunteer
Adam is a volunteer for Make Some Noise following a placement here as part of the National Graduate Development Programme (ngdp) working on marketing and communications. After studying English at the University of Birmingham, Adam worked with the Office of Rail Regulation and as a volunteer researcher for Sue Ryder Care.
