Meet the Team

Liz Muge, Chief Executive Officer
Liz joined Make Some Noise in 2005 and is responsible for artistic and operational development of the organisation. She worked previously as regional co-ordinator for Youth Music in the East Midlands, as well as leading education work for Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival, and the Society for the Promotion of New Music. Her work in music education began with a music outreach programme based at her own university, Leeds.
 
 
 
 
Tim Sharp, Programmes & Marketing Manager
Tim joined Make Some Noise in 2003 as Communications Officer. As Programmes & Marketing Manager, he is responsible for marketing and communications, as well as aspects of programme development and project management. A practising visual artist, Tim previously worked across Shropshire as a community artist with video and animation, based at Belmont Arts Centre. He also co-ordinated an Arts Council funded regional tour of digital media.
 
Louise Jutton, Youth Liaison Officer
Louise works with many of the young people who have taken part in Make Some Noise projects, consulting them on their musical tastes and ambitions, supporting them in gaining Arts Award accreditation, helping potential young leaders develop their skills, supporting our Young Ambassador, and liaising with other youth agencies. A trained illustrator with experience in art and design, Louise previously worked in Stoke-on-Trent as an education welfare officer with the Youth Offending Team, and video project co-ordinator with Bentilee Community Housing.

Adam Rooney, Marketing & Communications Graduate Volunteer
Adam is a volunteer for Make Some Noise following a placement here as part of the National Graduate Development Programme (ngdp) working on marketing and communications. After studying English at the University of Birmingham, Adam worked with the Office of Rail Regulation and as a volunteer researcher for Sue Ryder Care.
