Job title: Programmes Assistant (job ref PA01/19)

  • Salary: £15,796 – £18,278 pro rata (depending on skills and experience)
  • Contract Between 12 – 18 hours per week. Flexible hours reflecting project needs.

  • Office Base: Central Stafford

You will work alongside the Programme Development Officer to provide project support on a range of inclusive music-making programmes.

There will be a focus on progression pathways and youth-led projects to enable and empower participants e.g. looked after children, emerging young musicians and young people at risk of marginalisation.

You will also deliver / co-deliver sessions that develop personal, social and musical skills of children and young people who are dealing with challenging circumstances and have additional needs, ranging from one to one / small and large groups.
