This year at Make Some Noise, we wanted to mark the start of 2010 in a more creative way and have done so with a song. The song, 'Music Is Power' was created by 40 young people who took part in the Youth Music Week in November 09, hosted by The Hive in Shrewsbury.

Make Some Noise, The Hive and The Music Pool (Youth Music Action Zone for Herefordshire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin) and Sound Futures (Youth Music Action Zones in Birmingham) collaborated on this project to celebrate Youth Music Week 2009 and the ongoing work of the Youth Music Action Zones across the West Midlands.
